Job Description

For our Normanton based client we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Benefits and Assessment team (Integrated Care).

The role involves:

  • To support colleagues by carrying out general administrative duties including photocopying, filing, scanning, dealing with outgoing post, and distributing incoming post.
  • To deal with enquiries from customers, including over the telephone and face to face as appropriate and applicable .
  • To assist in arranging meetings and events.
  • To update electronic diaries and calendars.
  • To assist with data input, maintaining record systems and keeping records up-to-date.

Please apply if you:

  • Have NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Have 4 GCSE passes grade A-C including English Language and Mathematics
  • Have experience working in a team and are a good team player
  • Have very good IT skills, especially MS Office
  • Have previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Have experience in maintaining financial, statistical and administrative records
