Job Description

For our St Helens based client we are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to start asap.

 

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to support the social services team by providing excellent administrative support on a day to day basis.

 

Duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are:

  • Minute taking
  • Data entry 
  • Diary management
  • Be the first point of contact 
  • Organise meetings

This role suits an experienced Administrative Assistant who can provide excellent administrative support within a busy office environment. The ideal Administrative Assistant or this role:

  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Has good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Has experience in working with members of the public
  • Has great interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to multitask
  • Has experience in minute taking
  • Has good observation skills and an eye for detail
  • Has experience in diary management
  • Has experience of audio typing
  • Has a typing speed of minimum 40 wpm
