Job Description

C# Developer ? Great. Would you love to have a job where you… with the latest cutting edge technology and practices?

...have a flexible workplace that likes to say yes?

...have 25 days holiday per year + your birthday off?

...have tech equipment of your own choice bought for you to work with?

...have tons of opportunities for progression and development (including managing your own team)?

Then this is a fantastic opportunity for a C# Developer to work on new cutting edge B2B banking and FX platforms used to help thousands of global businesses and consumers with their everyday banking needs. The web banking solutions are currently developed in .NET with SQL server backend and the mobile applications in Xamarin with TFS being used for code deployment. However, there will be a transition into an innovative tech stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Express) built on serverless architecture using AWS Lambda and Fargate in the future. The new C# Developer will join a 10 person technology team in Chester working with a 60 person team in London both of which have a fun, fast-moving, hardworking and exceptionally supportive environment. The environment offers a high energy startup culture with a test and learn mentality, but with the stability and opportunity for growth that comes from being a highly profitable company with a revenue of more than £2 billion annually; so you get the best of both worlds!

Please apply for the role if you are a C# Developer with commercial experience with:

  • .NET Full Stack development
  • SQL Server
  • Web Development

It would be extra awesome (but not essential), if you have some experience in:

  • Javascript development (in particular Node.JS and React.JS)
  • AWS
  • Circle CI or other CI tools
  • Experience of continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD)
  • Good, modern coding practices e.g. BDD, TDD, Pair programming, Agile etc.
  • Git workflow

If this role sounds interesting to you please apply to this advert or email us at and one of our consultants will be in touch within 24 hours!
