Job Description

We are on the lookout for a reliable Chef De Partie to join a 2AA Rosette kitchen within a busy hotel within the heart of Gloucestershire. The hotel has one kitchen that produces a modern style menu for the Bar and Brasserie, the other serves their Restaurant which has been awarded two AA Rosettes.  The Head Chef has created a collection of exceptional seasonal menus that celebrate the vast array of local Cotswold produce available. The 300 year old mulberry tree in the court yard blooms every year bring with it a batch of delicious fruits that are used to make the hotels famous jams.

The Role:

  • Running and maintaining your own section
  • Helping to develop junior members of staff
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Report to the Head Chef for daily duties

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience at Rosette level preferred
  • Competent and level headed
  • Passion for cooking fresh produce, remaining true to the season
  • Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen producing consistent quality
