Job Description

Our client is a well established and thriving Welsh Inn. Since 2010 the Inn has been renovated to a high standard and has become a leading destination in West Wales for top quality food, accommodation and service.

To sustain the high standards and develop the business even further the client is now hiring an experienced General Manager.

The role involves to manage a 13 bedroom hotel and restaurant with characterful pub and beer garden, function room and catering for local, national and international leisure and business users.

You will also manage the very strong and enthusiastic team.

Have broad experience of running a food, drink and accommodation led business to a very high standard.

Have a passion for providing excellent service.

Have experience in leading a professional team within the hospitality sector.

Have experience working in remote areas and are interested in working and living in the Welsh countryside for at least 3-5 years.

Are interested in becoming a shareholder/owner yourself.
