Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Taunton

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £9.00

Contract: currently 6 months

For our Taunton based client we are currently looking for a HR Administrator to

provide efficient, effective and high quality service, ensuring a responsive and comprehensive service to clients, providing daily in-put as required to support the delivery of the HR & Payroll Admin function.

The role involves:

  • working as part of a team to deliver an HR & Payroll Service to agreed service levels
  • checking, monitoring and actioning daily reports from the SAP system
  • meeting deadlines and providing sound standard advice and administrative support covering a wide range of personnel and payroll issues
  • ensuring the correct application of all relevant terms and conditions
  • ensuring that all work is delivered to a high quality
  • to be accountable for delivering all areas of the job role and to undertake any commensurate tasks that may be required from time to time.

  • have a minimum of 5 GCSE passes including Maths and English
  • have knowledge and experience of working within a HR/Payroll services environment and delivering high quality, customer focused services
  • have a methodical and consistent approach to the organisation of the workload
  • have good analytical and problem solving skills
  • have experience in daily usage of ICT systems, word processing and spreadsheet packages and periodic usage of databases
  • have good time management skills to enable completion of tasks within tight timescales
