We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous to join a 2AA Rosette Kitchen at a busy country house hotel in this small Cotswolds town. The hotel is part of a small group of 9 high end hotels that spread across the Cotswolds providing all guests with a luxury experience. This hotel has two kitchens; one of which produces a modern gastro style menu for the bar and lounge, the other kitchen serves their restaurant which has been awarded two AA Rosettes. Both kitchens are under the direction of the Head Chef. The kitchens are run to his impeccable standards; producing seasonal menus while using fresh, quality ingredients. Your role as a Junior Sous will involve working closely with both the Sous and Head chef, as well as taking charge of junior kitchen staff when necessary. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
