Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Summary

Our client, a top UK communications company that provides business telephone systems and complete communications solutions, is seeking a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will support the Head of Marketing in developing a market focused and customer focused approach to increase revenue, profitability and market share by delivering and executing a marketing plan with innovative strategies and solutions to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Necessary Skills & Attributes

1. Degree or Equivalent CIM Marketing Qualification (Consideration will be given to non-graduates with relevant industry marketing experience)
2. 1-2 years marketing experience, with a basic knowledge of the telecoms industry.
3. IT Competency
   • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Visio an advantage)
   • Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator an advantage)
   • Familiarity with WordPress or equivalent
   • Exposure to CRM database an advantage
