Node Developer for an award-winning, rare fintech working directly towards building out an MVP for a secure disbursement system for managing payments for the largest marketplace companies in the country. Flexible UK remote working – up to 75K!


A FinTech focused on secure payments in London that boast a multi award winning platform is seeking a multi-disciplined Node Developer to join a new team within its existing talented and rapidly scaling tech team to work closely with mid-level to senior management. The company openly supports forward openminded, ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals.

What’s expected of you everyday?

Your role will be to join a new backend team working on the flagship product that is being used by many large corporates. Working with the product and senior management team you will have clear requirements set upon you and the team. You will also be empowered to make changes and help to shape some basic best practice e.g. testing. Ensure APIs are designed and built to the highest quality and perform thorough code reviews.


The Node Developer will need:

  • Backend development experience using Node.js within a commercial environment.
  • Typescript experience
  • Have experience across peripheral tooling e.g. Webpack, Babel, Git etc…
  • Understand the differences between unit and integration tests
  • Have solid RESTful API design fundamentals.

It would be extra awesome if you were a Node.js Developer who has:

  • Experience working within a FinTech environment.
  • React experience/knowledge
  • Experience working with relational database and familiar with non-relational databases.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the big Cloud providers and embrace the idea of serverless technologies.
