For our Loughborough based client we are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to support the Senior Payroll Officer and assist in the production of Payroll and Control Account Reconciliations.
The role involves:
Data input and balancing.
Prompt and accurate payments within tight deadlines
Monitoring of all absence ensuring that regulations are followed and correct payments are made
Monthly reconciliations of payrolls to HMRC dashboards
Calculation and checking of redundancy payments
Complete & submit monthly pension
Maintain, update and develop the computerised payroll records system
Providing information to outside organisations
Please apply if you have:
Experience operating a computerised payroll system
Experience of System Control and Development
IT skills and advanced knowledge of Financial Computer Systems, Excel & Word
In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation including tax, National Insurance and Statutory Payments
