Senior Technical Analyst (Infrastructure)

Job Description

For our Wrexham based client we require an experienced multi-skilled IT specialist to coach & mentor their ICT staff whilst retaining responsibility for the Authority's datacentres and associated IT infrastructure. The role involves to coach a small team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Hands-on experience of 3rd level support on Networks (MPLS WAN, LAN & WLAN - mainly Cisco)
• Experience of Security including Checkpoint firewall, Next Gen Threat protection and other security appliances; Datacentres, VMWare, multi-site SAN & Microsoft server infrastructure. 
• Experience of working with PSN/PCI-DSS compliance 
• Experience in managing people with demonstrable skills in this area
